This is a free and open platform and will only work if everyone is respectful and open-minded. We will not tolerate any kind of harassment or discrimination.

This is a non-commercial community based on in-kind trade. It is not a platform for advertising short-term desk rentals or co-working spaces. Nor is it a place to find a free office.

There is no commitment unless all parties agree to the terms. Simply because a host has listed their space here does not mean that their space is always available or is available under every condition.

All transactions depend on honesty and respect between all parties involved.

By becoming a host, you agree to accommodate residents according to the terms you’ve agreed upon with them and that your space is how it is shown on the site.

By becoming a resident, you agree to respect your host’s house rules and use the space for the purposes stated when applying.

Privacy

If you are applying as a host, we will not share any of the information you provide to us. It’s solely for the purpose of filling out your listing and will appear on our website.

If you’re a resident, we don’t collect any information from you. A host may ask you for additional information before or during your residency.

We may ask to use some materials from the community (photos, testimonial, etc.) for promotional reasons but we’ll check with you first.
